New map selection screen.

Get 3 golden skulls on each map to get extra gold.

1 skull finish map,

1 skull pixelate all enemies.

1 skull find all gold.

1 skull = 25 gold

2 skulls= 50 gold

3 skulls=100 gold

Now will you be able to reset all game files as if it where a fresh install.

These are some of the new stuff added on feedback recived.
